Copper scrap melting furnace, also known as blast furnaces, the brass, slag, scrap material directly into blast furnaces, coke as a fuel, limestone as slagging agent, through the melting temperature of 1200 ℃, resulting in copper of more than 90%blister copper ingots. To the device-based production line with less investment and support, easy operation, fast returns and so on.
Raw materials of blast furnace are recycled copper, copper slag and copper scrap. Recycled copper is brass or copper-nickel alloy, after blast furnace smelting, output approximately 85% of black copper. Blast furnace also process the slag of following types: A. slag of fire refining blister copper ore, such as the reverberatory furnace slag, anode furnace slag, Tilting Furnace slag and so on; B. slag of black copper fire refining; C. blister copper converter blowing time output converter slag. After smelting, output approximately 60-70% of secondly black copper. Through the blast furnace smelting of copper scrap, remove most of impurities, output blister copper grade of about 93%.
